Hotel is well located in Cairns. It is well designed on two levels with lush landscaping. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and there is a small but attactive swimmig pool.The restaurant has a shaded courtyard

Airy rooms and huge with balconies and slippers, as example. Stunning, excellent location in Cairns, just off the Esplanade and shops and restaurants and an international tourist destination and restaurants👍👌

Besides, the location was convenient and handy for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Muddy's Playground. It had good food, really helpful and responsive staff.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport and many restaurants. The location is very good and everything is within walking distance. You can get to some places quite quickly. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is also good and the service is generally friendly.

The air conditioning can be quite noisy and the bathroom is old-fashioned.

The location is perfect, with an Asian restaurant on the hotel grounds and an Accor property with better facilities just across the road. Had a great Xmas getaway with my family! The rooms were spacious, clean, and close to all the main attractions. The pool and the outdoor areas were great for our family gathering. Plus, the staff members were friendly and always ready to help.

There were a few downsides we experienced during our stay. The check-in process was a bit of a hassle, and the noise on the upper floors was quite disturbing at night.

Location was good and staff initially seemed friendly.

The room was dated and the bathroom was unsafe, as water from the shower made the floor slippery and the shower screen did not prevent the water from getting everywhere.
